I know that starting something new can feel a little overwhelming — especially when you already have so much on your plate. That’s why I’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions I get about wellness coaching. My goal is to make this process feel simple, approachable, and encouraging. If you don’t see your question here, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to chat with you.
Who do you typically work with?
I primarily coach women — especially moms in their 30s to 50s — who want to feel strong, energized, and confident again. Many of my clients are balancing busy family schedules and feel like they’ve tried “all the things” without lasting results. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place. If this doesn’t sounds exactly like you but you are interested, I encourage you send me a message and see if this is still a good fit. My coaching is designed to meet you where you are and help you build routines that truly fit your life.
What exactly does a wellness coach do?
A wellness coach helps you create simple, sustainable habits that support your energy, strength, and overall health. I guide you step by step, with accountability and encouragement, so you can finally feel confident and consistent without the overwhelm.
Is this coaching right for everyone?
Not exactly — and that’s a good thing. My coaching is best for women who are ready to make small but consistent changes, even if life feels busy and messy. If you’re looking for a quick fix, a crash diet, or an extreme workout program, this probably isn’t the right fit. But if you want a realistic, encouraging approach that works with your lifestyle — you’ll feel right at home here.
How is coaching different from a personal trainer or nutritionist?
Instead of focusing only on workouts or diets, I take a whole-person approach. Together, we’ll look at movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and mindset — the areas that really move the needle for busy moms who want long-term results.
What if I don’t have much time?
That’s okay — most of my clients are juggling kids, work, and endless to-do lists. I specialize in helping busy moms fit wellness into real life with short, effective workouts and easy-to-implement nutrition strategies.
Will you give me a meal plan?
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets. Instead, I’ll give you simple meal ideas, high-protein snack options, and tools that make eating well realistic for your lifestyle. We will work together to plan meals for you that align with your goals.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in energy, mood, and consistency within the first few weeks. Lasting results like weight loss, muscle tone, and hormonal balance take longer — but together, we’ll focus on sustainable progress, not quick fixes.
How do I get started?
The first step is simple: Book a free consultation call so we can chat about your goals, answer your questions, and see if coaching feels like the right fit. From there, I’ll help you create a plan that feels doable and personalized for you.
Do you meet your clients virtually or in person?
I primarily meet with my clients virtually, however I am open to coordinating an in-person session at a mutual location if this works for our location and schedule.
