Alison Tripp’s Wellness Coaching through Grounded & Grit Wellness is focused on real-life women discovering their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Designed for women in the thick of life (especially moms ages 30–50), Alison’s coaching fuses practical strategies with long-term sustainability, helping busy women break free from the "all-or-nothing" mindset and build a life of balance, energy, and confidence.
With a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from Westfield State University, Alison has spent over 20 years working in the fitness field in various roles, from teaching physical education, personal training, group fitness instruction, and others in between. Her deep knowledge of the body and exercise is grounded in both professional experience and personal passion. As a dedicated runner, Alison has completed multiple marathons, which has fueled her understanding of endurance, mindset, and the importance of consistency in fitness and all around wellness in everyday life.
Motherhood, however, has been the biggest influence on her coaching. Over the past 10 years, she has learned firsthand how challenging it can be for moms to prioritize their own wellness while caring for everyone else. That’s why she is passionate about helping busy moms create realistic, sustainable strategies to feel strong, confident, and energized—without the overwhelm of information overload or one-size-fits-all programs.
Her mission is simple: to show women that taking care of themselves is not selfish—it’s essential. When you put your wellbeing first, you show up better for your families and for youself. Alison wants to simplify wellness for you, give you guidance and support in accomplishing your goals. This isn’t about extremes. It’s about habits that hold, fitness that fits your schedule, nutrition that fuels without obsession, and healthy habits that support total wellness. As a busy mom of three herself, you are getting personal support from someone who truly understands.
From 1:1 private coaching to powerful group coaching programs like "Spring Clean Your Routine" and “No Excuse November”, thoughtful resources and hormone-informed nutrition strategies, Alison helps women reconnect to their goals—and themselves—without burning out.
At the heart of it all? Grounded guidance. Grit-fueled support. And a whole lot of heart.
